Maintenance & Renovation
Interior renovation is permitted 9 AM–6 PM on weekdays only. Register contractors at the security desk and inform the association 48 hours in advance.

Parking
Park only in your allotted slot. Visitor vehicles use marked visitor parking and must be logged at the gate. No parking in fire lanes or common driveways.

Pets
Pets are welcome but must be leashed in common areas and lifts. Owners are responsible for cleanup. Please be considerate of neighbours.

Waste Segregation
Segregate wet and dry waste as per BBMP norms. Doorstep collection is between 7 AM and 9 AM daily. Bulk and e-waste on the first Saturday of each month.

Noise & Common Areas
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Loudspeakers in common areas need prior clubhouse booking and association approval.

Move-in / Move-out
Shifting is allowed 9 AM–6 PM with a completed gate pass and refundable deposit. Use the service lift for all moving activity.
